JP1 Serial Port Connector pinouts
RXD and TXD are (LV)TTL signals (0V/3.3V), not RS-232 signals (+/-12V). This means that they cannot be connected directly to a PC serial port! RS-232 - TTL converters are required! By default, it use 38400,8,N,1 settings. More information how to add serial port available on NSLU2-Linux

JP2 JTAG Connector pinouts
This pinout seems to be the standard in the RDC world. The picture of the JTAG connector on Ivan Kuten's page corresponds to this and I've seen other RDC based schematics that use this.

The system memory installed on the NAS200 is MIRA P2V56S40BTP or
ProMOS V54C3256164VD. There is used "One Chip Select" configuration. Seat for the second chip are unpopulated.
According to the datasheet, the P2V56S40BTP is organized as 4-bank x 4,194,304-word x 16-bit, 166MHz frequency in TSOP-2 package. It use single 3.3V ±0.3V power supply.
