This website is a Wiki; anyone who is human and has an email address can create an account. It's not necessary to create an account to read the contents of the website but to prevent spam from being posted on the website, an account must be created to make changes to pages. Page edits are logged and your account name will permanently show up in the history of pages that you edit.

Your email address is needed when you create an account. It is stored in a database along with an encrypted version of your password. Although only the administrators have direct access to the accounts database, bugs in the MediaWiki that are unknown at this time may cause unauthorized people to access the accounts database in the future and/or decrypt passwords.

In order to prevent (or at least minimize) any damage (material or non-material) caused by the storage and retrieval of your identity on this website and others, we recommend that you use a unique user ID and password for this website and every other website that requires you to create an account. Furthermore, we advise you to use an email alias or a temporary address when you set up an account.

The administrators will do their best to respect your privacy by keeping your account information inaccessible to third parties. However we provide no guarantee that your account information cannot be accessed by exploiting unknown bugs in the MediaWiki software or otherwise. We cannot take responsibility for any damage in the unlikely event that your account information becomes public in any way.

This policy may change at any time without notice.
